MIT Teacher’s Training College a Centre of Excellence in teacher education in Kenya is looking for;

The Deputy Principal will assist the Principal in the daily management of the college.

The ideal candidates should possess:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational institution, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership/management role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, enabling open dialogue with all stakeholders.
Excellent planning, organizational and analytical abilities.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
