MIT TTC located in Machakos town. It is a fully registered Teachers Training College under the Ministry of Education registration number (16p40000630).

The college is also an examination centre for KNEC examinations in Early Childhood Education, Primary Teacher Education, Special Needs Education, Diploma in Secondary Education, Diploma in Child Care and Protection.

Diploma in Special Needs
(Hearing Impairment)

This is a 2 year training programme.
To join the programme you must be a holder of a P1 Certificate.

Certificate in Caregiver

This is a one year programme for those with C minus and below.
The programme allows also for professional care givers in Day Care centres.
